We're heading to Secret Sauna's newest and most adventurous location, hidden in the mountains between Queenstown and Wānaka.
Session format:
- Transport by troop carrier truck from the car park to the hidden alpine spot
- A host-led sauna session with three 15-minute rounds and a guide
- Cold plunging between each round straight from the mountain creek
- First two rounds social; the final round held in silence
- Finish with a complimentary Secret Sauna herbal tea
- Capacity 10
