Queenstown is in the middle of a building boom. New homes, new subdivisions, new price tags — and a growing conversation about what all of it should look like, and where the town is heading.

What makes a great home in this landscape? How should we be designing for the way people actually live here — across four seasons, alpine conditions, and generations of family use? And what are we getting wrong that the next decade will need to correct?

Adrian Rennie - Designer Director of AR Design House, a national award-winning Australian studio specialising in new homes and renovations. Host of Dream Homes Revealed on 9Life (Seasons 3, 4 and 5), host of the globally top-ranked TalkDesign.show podcast, and lead of Feast Experiences Design Tours — bringing an internationally informed lens to residential design.

Facilitated by Paddy Kluts, the discussion will explore what defines great architecture in a place like Queenstown, and where residential design is heading next.

Join us for a direct, in-room discussion with two designers thinking carefully about the homes shaping Queenstown's next chapter
