Julie found her calling in the for-purpose sector in 2007. What began as an unexpected career shift became a lifelong passion - transforming her record of seven months as the longest time she'd ever spent in one role, into 19 years leading the local community housing trust. Her story is one of navigating different worlds while remaining grounded in a strong sense of purpose. Along the way, Julie has learned that leadership is not just about influence or achievement, but about creating opportunities for others, fostering collaboration, and having the stomach to take on challenges that matter. The successes, setbacks, lessons and relationships she has built throughout her journey, have shaped who she is today. They continue to inspire her commitment to personal growth, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
