Join us as we welcome Rifters, a small-batch distillery from Arrowtown to a Tasting Session at Mountain Club.
Rifters crafts gin, whisky and vodka. Flavourful botanicals, many foraged locally, and pure New Zealand artesian water. Rooted in Arrowtown’s gold-mining history, the distillery runs a tasting room at the historic Dudley’s Cottage and works to care for the land while sweating the details. The range includes the clean, balanced Original Dry Gin, the rare Quartz Gin with elderberries and mint, the floral Blossomed Gin, and the Royal Gin Navy Strength, named World’s Best Gin 2025.
You’ll taste a curated selection from the Rifters range and hear the stories behind the botanicals and the bottle, guided by their approach to distillation and provenance. Expect easy conversation, thoughtful pours and a relaxed, social evening.
