This one's for the ladies. Our weekly sauna and plunge session this week is a dedicated space for the women in our community, a chance to slow down mid-week, connect with fellow members, and get to know one another better, all while enjoying a heat and cold plunge reset: sauna, a plunge into Lake Whakatipu, and a good chat in between.
Towels are provided by Watershed. Either meet us at Watershed just before 11am, or walk with us from Mountain Club Beach St at 10.50am.
