Face Up x Embodyme: An Evening of Reset and Restoration
So much excitement around this one - we're hosting an evening of facial sculpting and embodied movement with founder of Face Up Beauty, Olga Newman and founder of Embodyme, Sarah Reid.
Olga will guide you through a Face Up facilitation - a method of facial massage that works deeper than the skin to stimulate circulation, release tension and ease the supportive structures of the face into their natural function. Sarah will lead a somatic, breath-led practice designed to soften the nervous system and return you to your body.
Each guest leaves with a one-month Face Up Club subscription and a 100ml Peace body oil, so the practice doesn't end when the night does. Mats, refreshments and a closing sound bath provided.
