Mountain Club roundtables bring members together in an intimate, facilitated setting designed for open, honest conversation. These sessions foster meaningful connections and practical insight-sharing, allowing participants to learn from real experiences and leave with ideas they can immediately apply.
This month's invite only roundtable is curated around Tourism. For operators, hoteliers, regional managers and tourism strategists shaping visitor experiences and destination futures. These roundtables look at sustainable growth, authentic experience design and the practical work of running memorable, responsible tourism businesses.
Topics we explore:

- Destination stewardship, community partnerships and workforce planning

- Resilient operations: safety, climate adaptation and regenerative practices
What to expect:
