Join us for an intimate wine tasting with Valli, one of Central Otago’s most celebrated vineyards, known for its precision, place-driven wines, and uncompromising commitment to quality.
Established in 1998, the aim of Valli is to produce subregional wines with an emphasis on expressing the site with clarity and purity. Based around the close-planted estate vineyard in Gibbston, Valli also produces subregional Pinot Noirs from Bannockburn, Bendigo, Pisa and the Waitaki Valley, a skin-fermented orange wine from Gibbston plus a dry Pinot Gris, a Riesling and a Chardonnay from Waitaki. With holistic attention to detail in both the vineyard and winery, these wines both reflect and translate the sites they evolve from.Small-batch and meticulously made, Valli wines are recognised for their elegance andintensity.
At this tasting, members will enjoy a curated selection of Valli wines while hearing the story behind each pour - from vineyard to glass - alongside relaxed conversation and shared stories with fellow members around the table.
Complimentary for members. Guests welcome with a $20 donation to the MC Community Fund.
