Coal Pit Wines is an organic, single-vineyard estate in the heart of Gibbston. Family-owned and deeply rooted in Central Otago, we craft limited-production Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir Rose, that celebrate the region’s rugged beauty and distinctive terroir. Led by winemaker Anika Willner, our small team is dedicated to sustainability and expressive, hand-crafted wines.
