A continuation of our recent evening with SARDA, we're taking the experience into the alpine.

Join SARDA on the snow for a live demonstration of avalanche search and rescue in action. Witness first-hand how dogs and handlers work together to locate buried subjects, and gain insight into the techniques, training, and precision behind each search.

This session offers a rare opportunity to see these teams operate in their natural environment - understanding the speed, instinct, and bond that make them so effective in critical situations.

Following the demonstration, those with touring gear are invited to continue the morning with a relaxed ski tour up the best snow route, and enjoy a ski down before work.

A practical, hands-on extension of the evening session, designed to deepen understanding through real-world experience.

Meet at Coronet Peak Base Building at 0615.
