Mondillo Wines is a refined expression of Central Otago, producing small-batch wines known for their consistency, quality, and limited release.
Founder and winemaker Domenic Mondillo brings a lifetime of experience to the label, shaped by early influences from his Italian heritage and a career spanning both hospitality and winemaking.
At this tasting session, Domenic will share the story behind his journey, his connection to the land, and the thinking that shapes each vintage.
Expect a relaxed, guided tasting, good conversation, and a chance to connect over a shared appreciation for craft done well.
Complimentary to attend. Guests are welcome with a $20 donation to the MC Community Fund.
