Join us for an intimate tasting session with Aitken's Folly - a family-run vineyard rooted in passion, persistence, and a deep love for Central Otago.
Founded by Fiona Aitken and Ian Percy, two geologists-turned-vintners who swapped rocks for grapes, Aitken's Folly is a vineyard built on a dream, and sustained through grit, curiosity, and tractor rides with the kids.
Their boutique Wanaka vineyard is known for producing small-batch, high-quality wines made from intensely flavoured fruit. Each vintage reflects the family's hands-on approach, from pruning and harvesting to delivering grapes by tractor to Maude Winery, just down the road.
At this tasting, members will sample a curated selection of Aitken's Folly wines and hear the story behind each pour, from vineyard to glass all whilst hearing stories from the person sat next to you at the table.
Complimentary for members. Guests welcome with a $20 donation to the MC Community Fund.
