Meet us at Wilson Bay carpark for a social afternoon ride on the 7 Mile trails, rolling at 4pm for a few laps before returning to cars for a lakeside BBQ and drinks.
Finish with good company, great views and an optional post-ride swim for the brave. Bring a bike, helmet and something to share.
