We’re starting the day differently with MC Run and Recover. A new rhythm for those who want more from their mornings. Movement, connection, and a clear head before the day even begins.
In collaboration with O-Studio, Second Summit Consulting, and Rest and Rise Energy, this is your invitation to step out, meet like-minded people, and start your day with intent.
We’ll kick things off by meeting at MC Five Mile at 6:30am with a relaxed 7km run led by Alex McCall and Tony Ensor. From there, we head into O-Studio where Rest and Rise will be set up for recovery, followed by a guided 1 hour sauna session with Neuroscientist and Flow State Coach, Simon McKenzie-Nickson.
Expect a practical take on heat, recovery, and contrast therapy, along with simple ways to improve energy, focus, and overall wellbeing.
