Mountain Club is proud to host Carrick, a pioneer of organic winemaking in Bannockburn, for an evening that honours land, legacy, and meticulously crafted wine. With roots deep in Central Otago’s gold-mining past and a philosophy anchored in organic stewardship, Carrick is a name that carries weight—and balance.
On the night, you’ll experience a guided tasting of Carrick’s single-estate wines, crafted from hand-harvested fruit and fermented with wild indigenous yeasts. Expect vibrant Pinot Noirs, elegant whites, and stories from the land where chickens roam, cover crops thrive, and vines grow with minimal intervention and maximum respect.
Led by Carrick’s winemaking team, this is a chance to explore the textures, tension and terroir that make their wines sing of place. Organic wines. Unfiltered stories. One memorable night.
