Mountain Club concierge covers all of New Zealand. While our clubs are located in Queenstown, we have expert concierge staff covering the entire country, whether it's a getaway to Waiheke, heli trip in the alps, or a bit of everything.
Yes, our concierge service covers luxury lodging, private transfers, bespoke - off-book experiences and activities. Anything your imagination can concieve, we can execute.
Depending on your trip requirements, we recommend at least 2-3 months in advance to ensure availability for the best options, however, we still can accomodate on the fly trips.
Yes, we will take care of your home and can cover everything from empty management, to selective rental to only Mountain Club members, or complete short, mid, or long term rental situations.
We understand that many of our members may not want attention around their trips. We uphold the highest level of discretion and protect your privacy throughout all aspects of your trip.
